TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.I. GENERAL TERMSPlease describe your request in a clear and concise manner. Please include references and descriptions.
Please read the " I don't draw" list if you are unsure about what I draw.I have the right to decline your commission.II. PAYMENTAll commissions must be paid half upon acceptance of the commission and half after completion.
The currency accepted is USD.Once your commission has been accepted, and you have sent information on what you want, I will get back to you and send an invoice via PayPal.Work will not be started until payment has been received.
If payment has not been sent within a week of the commission's acceptance, I have the right to cancel the commission.III. PROCESSWork In Progress will be given during the following stages:
- initial sketch
- final sketch
- lineart
- base color
- shadingThe completed unwatermarked commission will not be given until after the second half of payment is received.The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 weeks depending on many factors such as school, complexity of commission, or health.If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do everything I can to make my customers happy.Any major changes that require me to redraw any assets will come at an extra charge, such as outfit changes or background changes.If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI reserve the right to use finished arts and process work in my portfolio, social media sites and galleries, etc.The Commissioner(s) are allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only. This includes social media banners, profile pictures, etc.
Please ask if you are unsure what you are allowed to use the commission for.The Commissioner(s) are NOT allowed to copy, trace, use as base, or any other way of stealing.VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING
POLICYI have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You may not cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.Thanks for reading!
